Seeking a highly organized and detail - Oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office Operations. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to, Managing Office resources, Coordinating Scheduled, Maintaining client records, Task related to human resources and ensuring compliance with company polices and industry regulations 8am-5pm Monday- Friday Overtime may be required during tax season (Jan-April)Qualifications : Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role. Experienced in Accounting or Financial planning field. Proficient in office software applications (eg, Microsoft Office Suite) Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
