Dispatcher/Teamleader

ProToCall LLC is a commercial kitchen and air conditioning equipment service company. We are looking for qualified candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be detail oriented and highly organized. This is a salaried, remote, work from home position. Hours are Mon-Fri 7am - 4 pm. One on call rotation every 6 weeks from 4-9 pm Sat-Tues.

Basic Job Duties

• dispatching and scheduling work orders for team of technicians
• answering phones and communicating with customers, vendors, and other teamleaders
• corresponding with customers and vendors via email regarding current work orders, quotes, and parts
• updating our various customer web portals regarding work orders
• reviewing work orders for accuracy, spelling, and specific detail
• managing and reviewing technician's time for your area
• ordering parts and scheduling repairs in the most cost effective manner with a high degree of customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
