What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Technician at 45Drives, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality standards that keep our open-source storage solutions world-class. You won’t be buried in paperwork—you’ll be collaborating directly with teams, driving meaningful change, and building systems that work in the real world.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing internal audits and coordinating external audits.
- Implementing new quality systems and enhancing existing ones.
- Maintaining and updating documentation to reflect best practices.
- Handling change management across departments.
- Working with department managers to ensure quality systems are embedded into every corner of the company.
- Identifying gaps and coordinating with the training team to provide targeted retraining when needed.
