About the Opportunity 

We have two exciting leadership openings within our Production department: 

Production Manager
As a Production Manager, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to lead the entire production group. Your focus will be on the big picture—overseeing budgets, staffing, improvement planning, and special projects that push the business forward. You’ll remove roadblocks, support team growth, and help shape how we scale and innovate. This is a high-impact, strategic role where your leadership will influence every part of our production operation.

Production Supervisor
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be right on the floor—leading a team of leads and operators through the day-to-day. You’ll be hands-on, solving real-time challenges, coaching your team, and keeping production running smoothly. This role is about creating an engaged, productive shift that feels like a team. You’re the critical link between high-level direction and front-line execution, making sure every hour of your shift delivers results.

With three active shifts, we need leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and love balancing people, process, and performance. If you prefer being out on the floor to sitting at a desk—you’ll fit right in.
