What You’ll Do
As a Sales Intern at Protocase, your internship will focus on the following key goals:
- Support business development efforts by identifying and researching dormant or declining customer accounts.
- Analyze market and territory trends to uncover growth opportunities across different industries and regions.
- Assist in refining sales strategies through research and data-driven insights that empower account managers.
- Gain practical experience in sales operations, CRM usage, client engagement, and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by delivering clear, actionable insights that help drive re-engagement and prospecting efforts.
To support these goals, you will carry out tasks including but not limited to:
- Conduct research on dormant or declining accounts and prepare structured reports for account managers to assess reactivation potential.
- Analyze sales territories and industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and outreach.
- Prepare summaries, data sets, and presentations that support sales strategy discussions and decision-making.
- Support client outreach and meeting coordination efforts, including prospecting tasks and scheduling follow-ups.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with research findings and customer interaction records.
- Collaborate with account managers and the sales team to refine engagement approaches and follow-up strategies.
- Use tools such as Excel, CRM platforms, and research databases to organize and analyze sales data.
