Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing electronic vendor invoices on a weekly basis. This role involves handling vendor inquiries, responding to emails, and resolving invoicing issues while ensuring clear and professional communication regarding payment status. Collaboration with team members is essential to maintaining productivity and workflow efficiency. This position follows a full-time, in-office schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
