Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing electronic vendor invoices on a weekly basis. This role involves handling vendor inquiries, responding to emails, and resolving invoicing issues while ensuring clear and professional communication regarding payment status. Collaboration with team members is essential to maintaining productivity and workflow efficiency. This position follows a full-time, in-office schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Experience & Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an office environment

Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process driven, detail oriented, highly organized and enthusiastic
  • Technical and computer skills focused in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel required
  • Excellent ethical and professional standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities on a weekly basis
  • Data entry or related experience a must

Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate. The Company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, etc.
