Job Type : Full-time (hybrid)
Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to lead and manage a core development team across multiple scrum teams. This role involves overseeing resource planning, delivery, and ensuring high-quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative, diverse, and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise development teams, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.
Collaborate with the PMO and attend stakeholder ceremonies.
Promote a team-oriented culture focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
Implement continuous improvement practices and ensure adherence to coding, compliance, and security standards.
Manage vendor relationships for integrated solutions.
Requirements :
4-year degree or equivalent work experience (B.S. in Computer Science preferred).
At least 6 years of experience in financial institution technologies such as Jack Henry (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU), MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, OpCon, etc.
Leadership experience in software development, coaching, and mentoring.
Strong understanding of agile project management and software development practices.
