Director of Pharmacy Memphis, TN (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. On-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
On-Call/Weekend Requirements: Participation in an on-call schedule shared among all pharmacists. No shift differential. Caseload: Overseeing five pharmacy locations across AL, TN, NC, WV, and LA. Interview Process: Conducted via Teams/Zoom Performance-Based Incentives: Compensation includes variable pay based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals set by the Executive Director of Operations and the Board of Directors. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, sterile compounding standards (e.g., USP ), and accreditation requirements (e.g., URAC, ACHC).Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure seamless delivery of infusion therapies in home or clinic settings. Lead a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care. Serve as a subject matter expert on infusion therapies (e.g., biologics, IVIG, antibiotics) and stay updated on industry trends, reimbursement policies, and clinical advancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Education: PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active pharmacist license in multiple states, including but not limited to AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, TN, VA, and WV.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in specialty pharmacy or infusion services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of infusion therapy, sterile compounding, specialty medication management, regulatory compliance, leadership, and operational analysis.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certification in Specialty Pharmacy (CSP) or sterile compounding certification.
