As a LNA, You Will
- Deliver quality care that ensures positive outcomes and keeps patients and families
- Provide hands-on support to meet patients' personal needs and comfort while working
- Assist with daily care activities and non-clinical tasks to help patients feel cared for and
- Collect specimens for Point-of-Care (POC) testing, if allowed by your scope of practice

Educational And Vocational Requirements
- LNA license in good standing
- BLS
- Provide verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company
- Adhere to legal requirements, standards, and policies, including compliance with the
and HIPAA.
- Report concerns or suspected non-compliance promptly to the supervisor, Compliance
- Cooperate with monitoring, audit functions, and investigations.
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities as requested.
