Weekly Pay
- Gross Pay: $1850/week
- Taxable: $640/week
- Non-Taxable: $1210/week
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Contract Length: 14 weeks

Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in compliance with care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Support patients with ADLs and routines
- Document care and communicate changes to the team
- Follow infection control and facility care standards
- Active LPN license in Washington - Required
- Previous experience in dementia, long-term, or memory care - Preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong clinical communication skills
- Ability to commit to a Thursday-Monday schedule
Salary : $640 - $1,850
