- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in enterprise-level project management, strategic execution, and portfolio management.
- Experience working with implementation and startup teams, ensuring successful project launches and scale-ups.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-impact projects.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and project financials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
