Overview
To support our growth and commitment to quality care, Proud Moments ABA actively seeks a Care Coordinator to join our Las Vegas, NV in-home service team. The Care Coordinator works as an advocate to support families and be a liaison between the clinical team and clients receiving ABA therapy services throughout their care experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy and compassion as well as extraordinary communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proud Moments BCBAs deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes, schools, and our conveniently located centers.
Responsibilities
As a Proud Moments Care Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring client satisfaction:
- Coordinate care for children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with their administrative management team.
- Support families by serving as an initial point of contact for parents/guardians and promptly responding to and communicating their needs or concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and the highest standards of care through regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team.
- Communicates to providers about changes in learner status.
