Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in development of quality monitoring and reporting.
- Plan, schedule, document and perform internal quality/process audits to identify training opportunities for performance improvement.
- Work with all functional areas to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with company standards. Review, analyze, and report on quality performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating with both internal and external customers.
- Interface and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with personnel at all levels of the company.
- Advocating for customers throughout the quality process.
- Meeting performance targets which include accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive attitude toward learning/training and capable of working in a dynamic team environment.
- Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn multiple new software applications.
- Ensure each employee/function is provided with and has ongoing access to the necessary SOPs to perform assigned duties.
- Ensure all employee training is completed per Company's SOP and other regulations.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or deviations from quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2 years' experience in quality control.
- Self-starter, motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Diligent and meticulous.
- High regard for quality control.
- Able to sit or stand for long hours at a time.
