What are the responsibilities and job description for the Testing Proctor and Onboarding Agent position at Prov Inc?

Each year, Prov supports hundreds of thousands of test takers seeking their professional licenses. As a part of this process, Prov Proctor's and Onboarding Agent's provide support to testing candidates who are taking exams remotely from home, work, office, library, etc.
Schedules:
- Fully in-office in Sandy, Utah.
- Part-time working a set schedule: Monday through Friday 1pm-6pm MT.
What you will be doing:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee testing candidate via webcam throughout remote exam
- Educate testing candidate regarding the licensing board rules and regulations for testing
- Assist testing candidate with minor technical issues
- Complete remote testing check-in process via webcam
- Conduct remote room scan via webcam
- Ensure testing candidate only has authorized books/reference materials for open-book exams
- Ensure there is no secondary technology in remote testing area such as cellphones, smart watches, etc.
- Ensure no one else is in the testing area
- Take inbound calls and provide support to testing candidates as applicable
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Computer Proficiency including ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Experience using webcam
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to learn
- Reliability
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
