Location: Remote / Hybrid

Reports to: Founder / CEO

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a high-level, consultative approach to selling premium marketing services to executive decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage potential clients (CEOs, CMOs, PE firms, and high-growth businesses)
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and executive networking
  • Manage and optimize a high-value sales pipeline

✅ Strategic Partnerships & Networking

  • Build relationships with private equity firms, venture capitalists, and business consultants
  • Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and executive forums to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine our market positioning & value proposition

✅ Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Conduct high-touch sales calls and presentations to close premium service deals
  • Develop custom proposals and contracts tailored to executive clients’ needs
  • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets

✅ Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and C-suite marketing challenges
  • Provide feedback on service offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5 years in business development, sales, or consulting (preferably in marketing, strategy, or professional services)
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with high-ticket B2B sales and consultative selling
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing trends
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary Performance-Based Commission (Competitive, aligned with revenue targets)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,434.00 - $66,735.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Ability to Commute:

  • Swedesboro, NJ 08085 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Swedesboro, NJ 08085: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Salary : $58,434 - $66,735
