Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a high-level, consultative approach to selling premium marketing services to executive decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential clients (CEOs, CMOs, PE firms, and high-growth businesses)
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and executive networking
- Manage and optimize a high-value sales pipeline
✅ Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Build relationships with private equity firms, venture capitalists, and business consultants
- Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and executive forums to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with leadership to refine our market positioning & value proposition
✅ Sales & Revenue Growth
- Conduct high-touch sales calls and presentations to close premium service deals
- Develop custom proposals and contracts tailored to executive clients’ needs
- Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets
✅ Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay ahead of industry trends and C-suite marketing challenges
- Provide feedback on service offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years in business development, sales, or consulting (preferably in marketing, strategy, or professional services)
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with high-ticket B2B sales and consultative selling
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing trends
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Performance-Based Commission (Competitive, aligned with revenue targets)

Pay: $58,434.00 - $66,735.00 per year
