We are seeking a Ministry Operations Specialist to assist with donor management, product fulfillment, and communications as we continue to grow and make a profound difference in the lives of families.

Position Summary:

The Ministry Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting Proven Ministries' mission by managing donor relations, coordinating product fulfillment and shipping, and handling key data and communications tasks. This part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about ministry, values sexual integrity, and is committed to helping others find freedom in Christ. You will be joining a dynamic team working to bring about transformation and revival in the area of sexual integrity.

Donor Management and Engagement:

• Manage, process, and receipt donations: Accurately and efficiently process one-time and recurring donations, ensuring donors receive timely receipts and acknowledgments.
• Re-engage lapsed donors: Develop strategies to reconnect with previous donors, encouraging them to renew their support for the ministry.
• Social media donations: Track and manage donations received through social media, ensuring proper documentation and acknowledgment.
• Secure new monthly donors: Assist in crafting campaigns to attract new monthly donors, building relationships to encourage ongoing financial support.
• Donor retention & collaboration: Engage with current donors, fostering meaningful relationships through regular updates, thank-you messages, and collaborative opportunities.
• Year-end audit & annual receipting: Help with year-end donation audits and ensure donors receive annual receipts along with a special gift as a token of appreciation.

Ministry Product Fulfillment & Shipping:

• Manage product inventory: Ensure ministry resources such as books, courses, and study guides are in stock and ready for distribution.
• Process and fulfill orders: Handle product orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate shipping to supporters and ministry partners.
• Customer service: Address any product-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to those engaging with Proven Ministries' resources.

Data Management:

• Lead processing: Manage all incoming leads from the Proven Ministries website and other platforms, ensuring proper follow-up and data entry.
• Maintain contact records: Keep donor and contact information up to date, including address changes and communication preferences.
• Monitor and adjust address changes: Track address changes to ensure mailings reach the intended recipients and update records accordingly.

Communications:

• Mailings & newsletters: Plan, create, and send out both digital and physical newsletters, keeping supporters informed and engaged with the ministry’s ongoing work.
• General communications support: Assist with various communications efforts, including follow-up emails, donor engagement, and ministry-related announcements.

• Experience in ministry, nonprofit work, or donor relations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data management systems and office software (e.g., CRM platforms, Microsoft Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• A passion for sexual integrity ministry and a heart for helping others find freedom in Christ.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
