What you’ll do:
- Lead the financial close process with the Controller.
- Manage and mentor direct reports to build a strong accounting team.
- Identify and implement process improvements and new procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with technical accounting guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required. CPA preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience. A mix of public (Big 4 or Top 10) and private accounting preferred.
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus.
- Must be driven and have a hunger for success.
- Supportive leadership & team: you’ll work with an intelligent, productive, appreciated and supportive team who enjoy and has a reputation for mentoring and developing others with a drive for success.
