Who You Are :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA is required
7 years of experience in accounting with a strong background in month-end close
Previous experience in public accounting (Big4 / Top10)
Proven experience managing a team, with the ability to mentor and develop staff
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvements
What You'll Do :
Overseeing all the consolidations for the international subsidiaries
Overseeing the AR function (manage cash collections, manage rebate program, AR board slide)
Oversee Payroll function
Review month-end financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
Provide support in preparing technical accounting memos, documentation, and assisting with the audit process.
Support cash flow forecasting

Compensation Details
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications / certifications, experience level, and geographic location
The expected range for this role is up to $150k annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
