What you'll do:
- Prepare the company's SEC filings (10K, 10Q, footnote disclosures) and ensure compliance with reporting regulations.
- Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
- Research and prepare technical memorandums for technical accounting issues such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842) and M&A activity
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related
- 3 years' public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience
