The Financial Reporting Senior will be responsible for the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting standards, SOX, and technical accounting issues. This is a great opportunity to join a organization that values its people.
What you'll do:
- Prepare the company's SEC filings (10K, 10Q, footnote disclosures) and ensure compliance with reporting regulations.
- Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
- Prepare journal entries and related analyses as part of month-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with SOX.
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years' public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
- CPA required
