System Administrator

Who you are:

• 3 years in systems administration, IT support and network management.
• Proficient with Windows networks, VPN devices, cloud services (including AWS), and problem-solving in cloud-based environments.
• Experience installing PCs, printers, setting up employee work stations
  
  
  

What you’ll do:

• Provide Level II support for escalated technical issues, including network, PC, and cloud-related problems for users across multiple sites.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, security, and device issues, ensuring smooth operations for all employees.
• Manage user accounts, including creation, password resets, and software licensing, while overseeing inventory and configuration improvements.
  
  
  

Location: Irving, TX - in office 5x week

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $28-35/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
