Job Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist
Location: Charlotte, Hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office
Job Type: Full-time
Providence Anesthesiology Associates is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in preparing and submitting credentialing applications for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely enrollment with payers by tracking and following up on application statuses with clinicians and payers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Track and follow up on application statuses with clinicians and payers to ensure timely processing.
- Uphold integrity, attention to detail, dependability, initiative, and adherence to company values.
- Work full-time, 40 hours per week.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Two years of provider credentialing experience preferred.
- Certification such as CPCS or PESC is preferred.
