What We Will Do For You:
- Provide a positive work environment with a great company culture.
- Offer six personal (vacation) days per year and six sick days per year.
- Provide commission bonuses and paid holidays.
- Fully cover health insurance for the employee.
- Supply hot leads to call and schedule appointments for our advisors.
What You Will Do For Us:
- Spend your entire shift on the phone scheduling appointments.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to follow up with individuals who express interest but are not ready to schedule an appointment immediately.
- Follow up with hot leads that you have not yet contacted.
- Demonstrate a genuine love for talking on the phone and engaging with potential clients.
- Be willing to work evenings (up to 8:00 pm) and Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of telephone appointment setting experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
