PRS Global is among the Top 3 providers of international nursing professionals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Sales Director to join our commercial team.
Position Overview : We are expanding our sales team! We require an experienced Virtual Sales / Inside Sales director to join our sales leadership team reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. The Virtual Sales Director will lead the PRS Global Virtual sales team which will directly support the PRS Global field sales organization with outbound and inbound lead development, account sourcing and mapping, and conducting first line sales presentations. This is a managerial role with 4-6 direct US based reports and a dotted line with our BDR team in the Philippines. This role is on-site in White House, Tennessee (Nashville metro area).
Responsibilities :
- Hire, coach and train a team of virtual sales team members on outbound and inbound lead generation to support our field sales team.
- Drive a strong culture through effective leadership, timely and actionable feedback, and career development of your team
- Develop key metrics and scorecards to evaluate team performance and success and hold the team accountable for desired activity and outcomes
- Work directly with the operations team and the VP of sales to evaluate tools, develop process and SOP's, and drive execution within the function
- Work with marketing to develop and refine sales scripts, talking points, value propositions, and strategies to overcome objections
- Willingness to travel 15% of the time
Requirements
Education Requirements :
BA / BS degree, sales, marketing, business, life sciences, nursing, hospital administration or similar discipline
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role with direct reports with a virtual sale, inside sales, business development representative function and / or field sales.
2-5 years Virtual Sales or Field Sales Experience or some combination of the two
Experienced working with and coaching and training teams on the use of CRM's, ideally HubSpot in a virtual sales function
Experienced utilizing tools like Apollo.io or Outreach for executing client calls
Experience with contact sourcing tools
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively to executive level decision makers and internal executive stakeholders.
Certified in Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sales or a similar sales methodology
Well versed at writing sales scripts, strategies to overcome gatekeepers, and virtual video meetings utilizing MS Teams and / or Zoom.
Expert presentation skills and ability to navigate high stakes conversations with confidence
Ideal if you have :
Experience working with hospital systems and IDNs.
Experience working with skilled nursing facilities
Experience with high level executive buyers in HR or nursing
