Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
* One to one patient care within clients home
* Execution of physicians plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided daily
* Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
* Patient assessments & coordination of care
* Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
* Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
* Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice (Required)
* Must have at least 1 year of hands on nursing experience (preferred)
* Current CPR certification (Required)
* Current TB test (required)
