This MRI Technician role is a 1-year contract with no first-time hires. The position involves floating between units, with scheduled shifts including Saturdays. The expected patient-to-technician ratio is 1:1.
Specialized Skills
- The ability to operate GE scanners is required.
Facility Information
- This is a Short-Term Acute Care facility with Level IV Trauma Center designation.
- Total staffed beds: 60
Charting and Uniforms
- Epic charting system is used.
- Scrub color or business casual attire is acceptable for MLT and CNA staff.
Scheduling and Security
- No on-call requirements or block schedules are in place.
- Contract length: 13 months
- Aya I9 Attestation Required and Aya E-Verify Attestation Required
Certification Verification
AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI certification from the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation is accepted. However, please verify these certifications via UD. If unavailable, refer to Clinical Tracks. For Non-Clinical or remote candidates, this requirement is not applicable.
