Description
The Journey Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
This role works in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality healthcare to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart upon hire.
- 18 months of professional nursing experience.
