Job Description
The Journey Clinic Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs.
This role requires a graduate of an accredited registered nursing school with an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 18 months of professional nursing experience. The nurse must hold an Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
