About the Role
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to provide emotional support and education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent home health experience.
- Hospice or palliative care experience.
- Point of care experience.
