About the Job
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Home and Community Care. This part time position will support the PACE Cully site on weekdays, providing professional nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elderly care and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients
- Assess, plan, order, give, delegate, teach and supervise professional nursing care delivery
- Apply knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence
Requirements:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager upon hire
