Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
