Job Title:
RN Medical Surgical Fellowship at Providence Newberg Medical Center
Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Surgical Fellow at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is a full-time, night shift position that includes every other weekend and variable days.
What You Will Do:
As a Medical Surgical Fellow, you will experience a guided transition into your new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, this fellowship is for you.
Extra Incentives:
- Night Shift Differential: $5.75 per hour
- $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
