Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and compassionate RN Medical Surgical Fellow to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is a full-time, night shift position with variable days including every other weekend.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a structured curriculum and be mentored by experienced preceptors. If you are an RN looking to transition to a new specialty with over 12 months of continuous RN work experience, this fellowship is for you.
Extra Incentives:
- Night shift differential – $5.75 p/hr
- $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
