About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center. As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team in a collegial relationship.
- Work under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician.
Requirements:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
- 2 years of experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent Home Health experience.
- Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.
- Point of Care experience.
