Nursing Opportunity

This per diem position offers you the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, selecting shifts that fit your schedule and preferences. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of nurses and healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Recovery Room, prioritizing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families and colleagues, promoting a culture of transparency and compassion.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest best practices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A valid Oregon RN license or eligibility for licensure.
• A minimum of one year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in critical care nursing, including cardiovascular, neurological and respiratory care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
