Under general supervision processes surgical instrumentation and supplies throughout the sterilization process using the appropriate personal protective equipment according to procedure. Maintains instruments in a clean, working condition, and stores according to instrument directory. Performs and interprets data from daily sterilizer biological monitoring, instrument sterilization and all associated documentation. Assist in training and orientation of new staff. Is proficient in required competencies.

Pay Range: $ 23.00 - $ 31.52
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association or
- Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution.
- Sterile processing experience.
- Coursework/Training High-Level Disinfection: Training in decontamination, processing, sterilization, quality control Flexible scope reprocessing.
