Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Initiatives: Develop, implement, and monitor clinical quality and safety programs to align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner for Safety: Collaborate with Patient Safety leaders to cultivate a culture of safety, focusing on harm prevention, reduction of adverse events, and adherence to best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion a data-driven environment, utilizing analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and inform performance improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational leaders, risk management, and accreditation teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and safety efforts across the service area.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of dedicated professionals, fostering their growth and development through effective coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Innovative Solutions: Drive the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovative solutions to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and optimize efficiency.
Your Qualifications
- Clinical Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a similar field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Leadership Experience: 8 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Intensive Care, or the Emergency Department, with 2 years of leadership experience in a Quality Improvement program.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
