- Quality Improvement Expertise: 8 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Intensive Care, or the Emergency Department
- Safety Leadership: 2 years of leadership experience in a Quality Improvement program
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
