About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to lead our Clinical Quality & Safety department. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and safety across our North Puget Sound Service Area.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical quality and safety programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Patient Safety leaders to foster a culture of safety, focusing on harm prevention, reduction of adverse events, and adherence to best practices.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and inform performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, risk management, and accreditation teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and safety efforts across the service area.
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure success.
- Drive the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovative solutions to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and optimize efficiency.
About You
- You have a strong educational background in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- You possess 8 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Intensive Care, or the Emergency Department, with 2 years of leadership experience in a Quality Improvement program.
- You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights to drive improvement.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
- You have a deep commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care and a relentless drive to achieve exceptional outcomes.
