About the Role:
As an Assistant Nurse Manager at Providence, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise and leadership skills to manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts.
The ideal candidate will be a professional Registered Nurse who is able to support the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
You will provide managerial presence for all shifts and be responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
Your input will be sought for evaluation purposes related to performance, ensuring compliance to professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor compliance to policies, processes, and clinical priorities
- Coach, mentor, and collaborate with team members to deliver quality healthcare to patients
