Description
To operate, maintain, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair the following systems/equipment: electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems, boiler, pumps, chillers, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, HVAC systems, refrigeration, generators, and medical support equipment. Work closely with Stationary Engineers and other staff to ensure that equipment and systems are functioning properly.

Required qualifications:
National EPA Section 608 Certification - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire.
1 year of Experience in at least four of the following systems/equipment: electrical, plumbing, medical gas systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, HVAC system, refrigeration, generators, and medical support equipment.
Preferred qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Trade school in any of the related fields.
3 years of Hospital experience.
