Performs basic physical maintenance program functions and other duties under nursing supervision and with consultation from a licensed physical therapist

Required Qualifications :
- Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements
- Upon hire : Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 1 year of hire : CNA 2 Restorative certification
- Upon hire : In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position
