About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
