Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a culture of respect, empathy, and kindness among colleagues and patients alike.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
