Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital in Colville, WA. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, assessments, and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical-surgical or critical care unit
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 90 days of hire
