Job Summary
This is a 0.5 to 1.0 FTE (20 hours - 40 hours per week) nursing position at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med Surg unit. As a nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in providing high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with various surgical, medical, and psychosocial needs.
- Work collaboratively with hospitalists, Rehab therapists, and social workers to develop each patient's individualized plan of care.
- Manage tubes, drains, complex wounds, and ostomy care as needed.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
