Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med Surg D 9S Colby unit at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. This is a 0.5 to 1.0 FTE (20 hours - 40 hours per week) position that offers a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

Unit Overview
We are a 32-bed trauma/surgical unit that cares for a wide variety of patients with various surgical, medical, and psychosocial needs. Our team prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care through strong teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. We work closely with hospitalists, Rehab therapists, and social workers to develop each patient's individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through strong nursing practice and teamwork.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
