Diagnostic Sonographer Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and evaluating sonographic examinations, obtaining clinical history, and providing technical interpretations of sonographic and physiologic data.
Responsibilities
Perform and evaluate sonographic examinations to ensure accurate results
Obtain clinical history and perform physical assessments to determine appropriate testing protocols
Provide technical interpretations of sonographic and physiologic data to aid physicians in rendering medical diagnoses
Qualifications
Must have a graduate degree from an accredited Diagnostic Sonography program or certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer within 1 year of hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
9 months - Ultrasound coursework experience in Abdomen, OB/Gyn including clinical rotation
