- Mentor and train new counselors and interns.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling focused on recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
- Current active LADC license.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of counseling experience, preferably in residential treatment.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities.
Salary : $72,000 - $77,000
