Providers Plus Services, LLC is seeking a highly talented marketer/field supervisor to join our dynamic and growing PHC agency. Serve as a liaison and educator in the community to promote growth within the agency. At our agency we specialize in servicing clients with the best personal care in their home. We offer daily quality care to your loved ones of all ages whose health problems prevents them from performing routine daily activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Writes and implements monthly plans for agency.
· Assist with the strategic marketing/business development of the organization.
· Communicates with the agency daily in regards to current project.
· Handles calls for sales of the agencies products and services.
· Makes suggestions and decisions with the placement of ads in newspaper for increased business.
· Use electronic media to promote our services.
· Constantly brings new ideas to the table in order to offer opportunities for organization grow.
· Ongoing participation in ensuring controlled quality improvement within the agency.
· Render supervisory visits.
· Report to office when requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in the home care field. Applicant must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, along with good contacts in the healthcare field and the community. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

$20-23 an hour
