Solar Project Coordinator:
ProVision Solar is a local solar and energy storage installation company. We are currently looking to onboard a Project Coordinator to our team. Our primary focus is always to take care of our customers. The best way to accomplish this is to ensure we have a dedicated person that is there to hold our clients’ hand every step of the way. We are in need of an individual who can take on the responsibility and help us streamline the process and make the client journey as enjoyable and easy as possible.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and tracking the progress of each job.
- Coordinating and scheduling various crews for installation
- Update the client along the way and help guide them throughout their journey with us.
- Submit and track the progress of HELCO and County permit documentation
- Manage construction compliance with Engineering Designs and Quality Control standards
- Supervision of project status and ensuring all necessary data and requirements are submitted for county permitting, subcontractors, design requirements, architect, HOA etc.
- Make sure all documentation such as HOA paperwork is completed.
- Following the progress of jobs with the utility company to ensure efficiency with permitting
- Communicate with the client throughout the timeline of the project and touch base when milestones in the timeline become overdue
- Available for pipeline meetings with other staff members to ensure the process is being followed correctly
- Submit and track the progress of HELCO and County permit documentation
- Coordination of utility interconnection and system energization, including inspections and approvals.
- Timeframes are followed and on-schedule.
- Ensure all special materials and inventory is tracked, categorized and organized.
- Ensure warehouse is kept organized and materials needed are ordered ahead of time.
- Stay organized throughout the project timeline and ensure the success of the installation and completeness of job.
- Take part in the job-costing of jobs sold.
- Manage and resolve issues that occur during the project timeline.
Requirements:
- Willing to work M-F 8-5
- Valid driver’s license
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Team player
- Organized and able to manage active projects simultaneously.
- Good communicator with clients, team members and management
- Detail Oriented.
- Collaborate with all internal departments to facilitate successful projects.
- He or she must be capable of solving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Ensure projects are completed according to the approved plans, within the allotted schedule and budget, and successfully commissioned and closed.
- Responsible for the organization of warehouse and inventory
- Have good customer service skills to ensure the happiness and approval of clients.
Job Type: Full-time
